Communicating visually transcends borders and cultures and begins with understanding how visual language is structured. Like any language there is a syntax and grammar, and visual languages share the same schematic structures as written languages. This session introduces the concepts of the visual language hierarchy, the bones of visual storytelling, visual modeling, and visual libraries.
