This session will be a brief description of the different roles in Learning and Development. We will discuss the attributes that Veterans and Military Spouses have to become successful L&D practitioners. We will also highlight the pros and cons of working in L&D and encourage our Veterans and Military Spouses to explore the possibilities of a career in L&D.
