Many corporations use temporary contract roles not only to address their immediate work needs, but also as a way to evaluate potential permanent hires. In this session the speaker will share his experiences with ID contract roles within two different industries and how those contracts helped bridge the skill gap for a permanent instructional designer role. This session will also explore the concept of "bridge jobs" as a pathway to develop Instructional Design expertise.
