Successful L&D professionals understand and harness the power of good storytelling. Regardless of the topic or audience, telling a story lights up listener brains, creates a connection with content, and improves knowledge retention. Unfortunately, crafting a story that resonates with learners isn't always easy. Stories need structure, something that keeps participants involved from beginning to end.
