At Anchored Training, we say rethink compliance, rethink culture, rethink learning and development. One of those ways we wanted to rethink learning and development for Women’s History Month was by celebrating some women I knew in L&D. Through showcasing the many faces of successful, strong women in learning and development, I not only was able to humanize learning and development, I learned a lot about what it takes to be a strong L&D professional, and a strong human.
