Many people are familiar with Bloom's Taxonomy for creating learning objectives, but using Bloom's alone often leaves us with vague objectives that don't provide a way to measure knowledge or impact. This session will discuss how to combine what we know about Bloom's with Mager's ABCD model to create meaningful learning objectives that help focus our learning projects and measure performance.
