Over the last two years, Learning and Development has been significantly impacted by the large migration of teachers shifting careers to instructional design. It's a topic of discussion found everywhere in L&D and it continues to be one of the biggest changes happening in this space.
The Training, Learning, and Development Community hosted an event earlier this year, The Road to L&D: From Teaching to Instructional Design. That virtual conference covered excellent topics on this shift. But moving to ID can bring with it endless questions and challenges.
So this August, we are hosting a new event for educators moving to L&D. This week-long experience will cover a range of topics members of the Training, Learning, and Development Community submitted and voted on. This event is created by a Community of L&D professionals sharing answers to the questions they were asking when they began their careers in Learning and Development.
